I. Cogs:   1. a tooth on the rim of a wheel or gear
            2. a subordinate but integral person or part

II. Saddled: Verb. To load or charge, as with a burden 

III. Maw:  1. a cavernous opening that resembles the open jaws of an animal:
              2. the symbolic or theatrical center of a voracious hunger or appetite of any kind:

IV. Chasm:  a yawning fissure or deep cleft in the earth's surface.

V. Nuance: a subtle difference or distinction in expression, meaning, response, etc. 

VI. Lurch: the act of moving abruptly towards one direction

VII. Sway: to swing back and forward slowly

VIII. Eerie: something that inspires fear

IX. Ghoul: An evil demon

X. Righteousness: the quality of being just

XI. Haphazardly: lack of order or planning. Random

XII. Ennui: the felling of discontent. Being bored and with no energy to do nothing.

XIII. Groggy: exhausted, weakened.

XIV. Stoic: no expression at all. Unmoved by joy or grief

XV. Sated: to be satisfied. Fully

XVI. Sprawling: To be distribute in an unnatural or ungraceful mane

XVII. Soggy: Soaked, wet.

4. Assure: to inform or tell positively. State with confidence.

6. Squad: small group or party of persons with a common purpose.

7. Bragging: to show of.

8. Coax: to attempt to manipulate or influence with nice words, persuasion.

9. Boring: to be bored. Something not interesting or tedium.

10. Limp: to progress slowly and with great difficulty.

11. Embankment: enclose or protect. Raised to hold back water, carry a road way.

12. Contingency: a possibility, something uncertain.

13. Obliteration: to remove or destroy completely.

14. Strayed: without a fixed way or purpose.

15. Clutching: to hold real tight, to seize.
